Birthday rewards

I think it would be a great idea for a Birthday rewards program to be in place as a gesture of thanks from Microsoft to members to celebrate their big day. It can be rewards points or a gift card that members can use towards a game they want or any product from the store. they can also base it on how long a member has been a member or how loyal a member is or base it on the age of the member. I set a goal while participating in a survey that i would hit 50,000 gamer points from the achievements i earn playing games on X box by the end of the year 2019, I have hit this goal and passed it on up. So do i get some kind of reward for this hard work i did, No but it would be nice.
