Can signing in Windows device w/Outlook be a problem πŸ€£πŸ€¦β€β™€

I just had to rest my device yesterday, because there is a file popping up all over the place and my device started running so bad that I almost wasn't able to reset Windows. I think I know what the file is, but I don't think my device does. Or it might and I might be completely wrong. I think there are 2 different scenarios that are going on, which I think are causing many different problems. First, I had to reset my device about 6 months ago. When I signed back in, I didn't use the gmail account that I first used to set up the device and it was setup as the administrator account, instead I use my Outlook acct. making it the admin, well my gmail is ported into my Outlook. I read online once you make an admin account that the device never forgets it, I don't know if that is true. The reason I'm saying this, is because I think my device might be recognizing that my gmail account used to be the admin on my device, because that little user icon file is showing up in my file explorer with the gmail's username by it, its never even done that with my outlook account. On the other my hand, I have what's going on with that file that's popping up everywhere, which is using up so much of my memory that I received a code on my Windows Report saying I have a memory link. Second, if I make a Microsoft account with an Outlook email, then sign into a Windows 10 device, will the Windows 10 device see or recognize the email addresses that is ported into my Outlook account? If so, can that cause any problems with the Windows 10 Device? Because of that user file, it seems like my device has recognized my gmail account as being an admin acct. on there before, but on the other hand it seems like it doesn't recognize it being ported into my Outlook acct. because I have all those user files EVERYWHERE. Any help will greatly be appreciated. So, is any of this possible or I'm a way off ? Do I just have a virus? πŸ€£πŸ˜œπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€£πŸ˜œ
