Killer Wifi/Bluetooth Driver Deleted

The other day, while on a zoom call on my brand new Dell 9310, I decided to download a full copy of Office 365. Not only did this freeze my computer but it deleted the Killer Wifi/Bluetooth Driver. I've searched the ends of the internet and tried everything to reset, reinstall etc. It's gone. Help
