Anyone know a way to contact someone within Microsoft? My email has been down since May 10 and I have talked to 5 different support agents with no resolution in 2 weeks. I have Micorsoft 365 Personal that I pay $6.99 per month. 1. I need my email fixed 2. Microsoft needs to be aware of their broken support process. This is their main competency and should not take a month to fix.
