Network Support

Hi Since yesterday i have been trying to log on two websites from my laptop, other activities are fine and i am able to logon to other websites. However there is a network delay and "Unable to reash the site" message being displayed. The problem is only for these two sites. Whereas i have tried to connect laptop thru Hotspot and i am able to connect to the site. Where is the problem and how do we rectify.
