Password Paranoia

There is far toooooooo many instances and so much variation between sites saying 'your password must' 'include numbers', 'include symbols' 'include capitals', 'you have used this password before', 'we have sent a code to your email address'. 'click the symbol to show you are not a robot' I have about 3,000 different passwords for things as simple as wiping my arse! Can ALL sign-in sites please give us the options to use as a guest or at least a slightly simpler method of signing up! So many people ask for my online autograph that I feel like a superstar pmsl!!!
