Resize of image files

Hello, I want to resize multiple image files (JPG etc.) at the same time. Is this possible in Windows 10 Pro (with 3D Paint or Paint etc.), or must each image file be edited individually like for reduction of the size? Thank you for help Kind regards, Johann
