I'm a rewards member, Xbox live gold member, I purchased a Windows computer and phone... I recently, Oct. 18, won on a scratch and win game play, a Harmon invoke, but they have given me the runaround from over 30 requests from me, until today, where they claim I am not qualified for my prize due to lack of response. I will go as far as I can to receive my prize, it's about the principal. Microsoft to be held accountable. Anybody have any input or suggestions? Thanks.
