Tab Hover Card Images

Noticed this morning that my Tab Hover Card Images was no longer showing images of the tabbed web page. I doubled checked the flag edge://flags/#tab-hover-card-images and it is enabled. I've noticed several other features that are not running also but we'll go one at a time for now.
