using a keyboard on a web page while not focused

Hi, I live in UAE and discord app is banned and cant be used while playing games. I found out that opening discord via web browser still works and i can assign a button to activate it on push to talk, but the page need to be focused, so while playing game the push to talk function do not work. is there a way to make it work. Thanks
