When I donwload a RAR file its broken in Windows 10

Last 2 months when I downloaded a rar file inside movie, it had got for Example "Testing m18blckbch\Black.Beach.2020.m1080p.NF.WEB-DL.x264.DUAL.TR.SPA.mkv FAILED Error: Bad data in file "m18blckbch\Black.Beach.2020.m1080p.NF.WEB-DL.x264.DUAL.TR.SPA.mkv" - possible wrong/missing password Irrecoverable Error: Bad data detected (or incorrect password). " Error.. But I downloaded same link from my phone now. It hasn't got any error and good. I tried with winrar and winzip. Same error. Tested with AppDiff two files many differenceses. But when I download any zip or rar file inside eny programme there is not eny problem. What is Wrong.. My last tested link http://sr4.mdiaload.com:182/d/yxt6gz4dbgkhmpnzc5gl3xmlisayrl3hyrkjn5tnxfcavpn4ydvgj7njpqawhlwupwx44dqb/m18blckbch.rar İt corrupted movie when I downloaded with friefox or jdownloader. But when I download with android it is normal perfect movie. What is wrong in Windows 10? I tested all my hdd and dawloaders. They are perfect for other rar (inside programme or something) files.
