Why do we not use plutonium in our laptops

Early cardiac pacemakers had a battery life of 88 years. 88. They were powered by PU-238 batteries. Spaceships operating since 1977 have had plutonium batteries that last to this day. Why don't we do the same in our laptops? No more dead batteries, no more recharging, battery lasts 88 years, so on. Even some smaller desktops could have wireless versions with Plutonium-238 batteries. People would be worried about the radiation, but smoke detectors have Americium-241 (significantly more dangerous than plutonium) in them anyways, so why not. [don't take this too seriously]
