When I open Settings App then open System Setting I can open every setting in System Settings apart from 'Apps and features' setting... Everything else fine have Windows 10 all up to date just that particular setting will not open and have to 'x' off settings app after trying to click it as it wont open any other setting until you relaunch Settings App.
