Windows 10 update
My OS is Windows 10 Home 32bit version 1909. When I check for updates, I get the message that the Feature update 20H2 is ready to "Download and Install". When I do that, the update fails at the very end after 2 hours of downloading and installing. I get a message "Undoing changes made to your computer....." and I am back to version 1909. I am told by Microsoft Support that I should first update to Feature update 2004 and only then proceed to update to Feature update 20H2. But how can I do that when I don't get the option to update to Feature update 2004. Instead I am straight away offered Feature update 20H2 whenever I check with Windows Update. Can some one please help me? M K Loyalka

Connecting Phone to Windows 10
There are many ways to connect phones to Windows 10 PC , one easy way would be using Your Phone app. Try open start or search and type Your Phone and follow steps to connect your phone to PC. You don't need to use cable but you have to make sure both devices are connected to internet. Have you tried Your Phone app? What do you think about it?
Has anyone actually used "Behind the Scenes" as a category?
Why is it there? Who used it? Is it for fanfic or what? But, what can we use it for? Regradless I can understand why creativity is there, such as Krita being a payable option on windows 10 store, or free as a installed application. Productivity might be useful, but it's kinda awkward if isn't seen on another post on microsoft answers or a site that shows it. Entertainment, oh..ohhhh, that's kinda questionable, either that could be for game troubleshooting, or is it for actually playing games and describing them, on a windows community forum? This is in the productivity category, I am wondering if I could just ask them a questions in regards to UWP, and why apps like the Photo has two versions, One Verision where it's base stripped form is really fast, and doesn't kill your battery life, but the other version is much more feature packed and great, but has all these unfinished touches that makes it bad. Transparent acyrlic kills GPU in it's sheer usage, and etc. My problem is when you have categories like these, it really makes you wonder what you can really post, either something relevant to what's happening or something like a troubleshooting tip. And no I'm not gonna use the feedback icon, The xbox gamepass extension was just as interesting as opera GX Ok, so ignore the rest of the text above, did anyone actually use this category?

3D Builder - Has Development Ceased?
I am a big fan of 3D Builder although not for 3D printing but because it can export in file formats compatible with game engines like Unity. I like its non-technical approach and think it is a great option for indie developers to make 3D models for their games. There are a few features I really wish Microsoft would add. 1. More built in primitive shapes. 2. A symmetry option for the Split tool, so you can have a mirrored split effect. 3. Option to export to fbx. Right now you export to the 3mf file format and then open in Paint 3D to convert to fbx. Would like to skip the Paint 3D step. 4. Export scaling options. Objects are either way too big or way too small when exporting to Unity. Give us some control. 5. A real time etching tool. Since 3D Builder already takes a carving approach to modeling (split tool and subtract tool), I think an etching tool would complement that approach. Also, promote this app to game developers. I found it quite by accident.

Everything else fine have Windows 10 all up to date just that particular setting will not open and have to 'x' off settings app after trying to click it as it wont open any other setting until you relaunch Settings App.
