Note that some apps and programs are built into Windows and can't be uninstalled. Uninstall from the Start menu Select the Start button and look for the app or program in the list shown.

I have a few programs installed on my windows 8.1 but after upgrading to 10, the apps do not show on all apps even though they are still installed in. I have to search for it to be able to access it.

On your control panel programs list, right-click on "Name" at the top, then put a check next to "Installed On" and it should add the install date for all listed programs as a new column. To organize the list by install date, click the down arrow just to the right of the "Installed On" header. 6 people were helped by this reply.

I have installed several apps and then uninstalled them via the Apps & Feature page. Although the programs appear removed (their files and folders are gone) they remain visible in the Apps & Features page as if they are still installed.
