Why is the Microsoft Rewards page so problem ridden?!
Microsoft Rewards...a great incentive...that is, when it works! Why are the so many buggy issues on this page? I've had 2 simultaneous issues lately. The most annoying is the Rewards Monthly Quest incentive. In January, I completed all punch card requirements, including the mobile search. It showed 4/4 weeks completed on all searches and daily sets, but the green arrow never showed, and I did not get the 500 point bonus. Now...in the February Quest, the mobile searches are not being counted again (Microsoft acknowledged this bug in January's Quest, and claimed to fix it...however, even though the 4/4 weeks showed completed, the green completion arrow never showed!) This month, February, the same problem is occurring and mobile searches are not registering! These are just a couple of the long list of bugs on the Rewards page. Another bug last month was the quiz deselection issue...when they asked for 5 selections to a question, the answers would deselect the previous selection each time...only allowing one selection and not completing the answer to the quiz question. Why so many bugs and issues on the Rewards Page?! Will these ever work correctly? Microsoft only knows! Why offer rewards if Microsoft doesn't make good on their offer?!

Trouble blocking email in OUTLOOK
I'm trying to block one word in incoming emails and have run into a wall. I get junk mail from perhaps a hundred places that have the word 'moonfaker' in the sender's address. An example would be: [yqlaniz.ðinfo@moonfaker.com]. All before @ is different with each incoming email, but the moonfaker.com is standard. When I block one the same email comes in with a different lead so the block does not work. I tried 'settings' to put in a permanent block on any incoming email with the word 'moonfaker' in the address, but that did not seem to work. Does anyone here have the same problem? Does anyone here have a solution?

The great dilemma.
Over many years, starting with DOS, I have seen operating systems come and go. When they do, forums like this always throw up the views of lovers and haters. Unbalanced views are the main reason I stay away from social media in general, because I try to look past my own narrow view of what is best. The world turns, not about me, but about every user and their diverse needs. In my world, computers do something useful like engineering calculation or photo manipulation. Things I couldn't do realistically or creatively without one. In the days of DOS, a computer did amazing things for me. I wrote software that designed and plotted timber frame homes. Something way ahead of what most companies at the time had to work with. Windows arrived on the scene and was more trouble than it was worth, to me, being hampered by a graphical interface that served no practical purpose. The mouse was the most useful advance of the time, back then. We all hate change when we have to face learning a different way of doing something that we did perfectly well before. As I saw it, newer versions of windows added many different ways of doing the same thing. Another unnecessary distraction because those changes bloated the interface making it harder to work quickly. I could still revert to DOS, (no I couldn't, actually) or an earlier OS like my favourite Win 7. Why don't I, probably for the same reason as those who have progressed to Win 10, latest update version. We hope we will discover something new and exciting in it. Sadly, we don't make that discovery, but we do still upgrade and chase that foolish illusion. I can't help myself and I doubt anyone else can, either. What I also see in these advancements is the challenge Microsoft (and Apple) have. How to invent a new wheel, one that looks better than the old round one and does all the things their own advertising agents think customers desperately want. The customer, like me, seems to be the problem. Stop using what we don't need.
Windows update cleanup buggy???
hi all: I would like to confirm one thing or two. I installed an update on my device. Now, when I go to storage to free up Windows update catalog, it will free up but left with 55mb of leftover stuff. Just hours ago, the cumulative update got installed. I did the same thing, but this time, I used disk cleanup to free up Windows update catalog. Same issue, 55mb of leftover stuff. Is anyone faced with this issue or is it a bug? Can someone let the Windows team know about it and help me upvote it? https://aka.ms/AA9yi85
