Ease of Access options can help make it easier to: Use your PC without a display. Narrator lets you hear audio descriptions for elements on the screen, like text and buttons. "Background is currently turned off by Ease of Access settings" I have looked at ALL suggestions as to how to fix this but NO ONE has given an answer that WORKS. All that happens is that the problem gets worse. e.g. the colours set up are either too bright of at variance to each other that it is impossible to read.
