Windows 10 dll hooking and other issues
So I believe that my home PC running Win10Pro 64 has been exploited using various advanced methods inc .dll hooking, user impersonation, SYSTEM account hijacking and lots more!! Also style sheets have been used to hide and mask certain menus, options, toolbars. In chrome, ms store, AV, and more. I have been trying to figure it all out for a few months now and have collected loads of data screenshots, desktop video recordings etc. I have rebuilt the PC and clean installed about 5 times and it always slowly comes back. Even with Bitdefender 2020 and malware-bytes and zone alarm free firewall. I also seem to be able to run Windows server commands from the cmdline, which as far as I know only apply to RDSH or Terminal servers. Has anyone got any insight, or seen anything on their Windows 10 that looks slightly different or out of place? Found any worrying log files or Folders in %temp% Also I seem to have a family icon next to my Device in my MS account?! I haven't setup family, and cant view anything in Windows 10 family options and on the website it says its not set up?

Should I post the Microsoft Edge Dev change log every week?
Share your opinion! In the meantime, here's today's one: Hello Insiders! Today we’re releasing build 89.0.723.0 to the Dev channel. As you can see, this is our first build for version 89, and here’s everything exciting it’s got: Added features: Added the ability to run an on-demand scan for leaked passwords from the Passwords Settings page. Added a website permission to Cookies and Site Data for pre-loading websites. Added an option to have downloaded PDFs open in the default PDF reader instead of Edge. Added keyboard shortcut information to the Share, Copy, and Paste Settings page. Enabled work from Chromium to reduce battery usage by background tabs. Enabled support for management policies from Chromium for Printing Allowed Background Graphics Modes and Printing Background Graphics Default. Improved reliability: Fixed an issue where Edge doesn’t start and instead gives an error that the “side by side configuration is invalid”. Fixed a crash on launch on Linux. Fixed a crash on shutdown when the browser is closed quickly after creating a new tab. Fixed a crash during shutdown. Fixed a crash when using vertical tabs. Fixed an issue where re-opening an IE mode tab that was previously closed sometimes crashes the browser. Changed behavior: Fixed an issue where there’s an invisible or un-selectable tab in the tab strip. Fixed an issue where the … menu’s icon direction is vertical instead of horizontal. Fixed an issue where middle-clicking on a folder in the Favorites menu doesn’t open all its content in new tabs. Fixed an issue where clicking on the Favorites menu or History menu button when the menu is open doesn’t close the menu. Fixed an issue where certain website permissions in Settings are blank. Fixed an issue where the button in Settings to manage printers doesn’t work. Fixed an issue where autofill sometimes suggests older or out-of-date passwords for websites. Windows Maps (Redux) Thank You Microsoft and Tom Tom
For those of you that have been on here for a while you've seen my rants about Microsoft not updating Microsoft Maps, and when they teamed up with Tom Tom nothing seemed to change either. Well, I'm pleased to say that that has changed. I ran a store update this morning, and I noticed that there was an update for Windows Maps. Sure as you know what, there it was, the update to the South Mountain Freeway Extension was finally there. It's still sad though that Google maps showed it within a few days, yes, Days, of it opening, which was almost a year ago. Anyway Thank You Microsoft and Tom Tom for updating a severely out of date map.

Frontpage
Microsoft used to offer a website development tool several years ago called Frontpage similar to the current offering by Adobe, Dreamweaver. I used it extensively and found it very useful. I wish it was still around. Anyone else have similar thoughts?
