computer viruses not removed with windows defender products
windows 7-8-10: Windows defender does not work well as an antivirus program . I am wondering why MS doesnt tell customers to buy an antivirus program and continue to use it. i found an ISASS.exe in my computer . it took over about 30 percent of the folders. i tried to quaranine it and report it . i couldnt it attacks the security options first and greyed them out so i couldnt submit the problem. i took those computers to BEST BUY STAPLES OFFICE MAX and other private tech services. no one could actually remove the virus. i bought a new hard drvie at BEST BUY.. the computer was there for 3 days. At the store on pick up a hacker started to elongate the scroller button on the scroll bar side. i told the tech the virus was still in my system. they charged me $250 anyway.. said if there was a problem bring it back. i tried four times no one removed it !! NEVER take it out of the store if you see the same issue. I want to know why MS never helps targeted customers get those viruses out and why you dont have a more aggressive program to remove those kind of thnigs. I SASS.exe is not new but Windows defender in 7-8 10 doesnt remove any of it. we are brainwashed not to be concerned about it. thats how you end up buying three more computers cause the original one is over taken and crashed. How to move 40 GB's from the D drive to C drive that is ful
Hi, my name is Michael. I am a simple-minded auditor with shallow computer skills. I have a 2016 HP laptop with windows 10 Pro and 120 GB C drive that if full. Now I cannot update or add programs. I have a D drive with 650 GB's of free space. How can I move free formatted GB's from the D drive to the C drive. I found one you-tube video that used "shrinking volume" to move the GB's but the confusing instructions were incomplete!!! The step by step procedures on the video did not match the step by step windows procedures on my laptop. Can anyone help me make the right moves so I don't end-up in the deep end of the pool. Video procedures: Open File folder Select this PC C drive and right click Select computer then open Select Disk management right click Select D drive right click Select Shrink Volume open Enter number of MG.s to shrink Select shrink Now shows unallocated GB's But THIS IS WHERE I GET CONFUSED ABOUT HOW TO PROCEED OR IF THIS WILL ACTUALLY WORK ON MY LAPTOP. ANY ADIVCE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

What exactly is Windows10X? Is it for PCs? Is it Windows 10's next update? I saw the leaked build video, and the animations and centred-task bar look so cool. If this isn't the next update of Windows 10, Then what is it? Is it a lighter version of Windows 10? If it is, hope y'all add the animations and quick access bar to the future updates of Windows. HELP..-files locked after updating windows7 to windows10
I recently updated my windows 7 to windows 10. Realised my google drive folder, in window.old (that has been carried in from windows 7) seem to be encrypted, it has a lock sign. I have tried decryption it by various methods available, nothing seems to work, (changed security attribute, changed ownership, tried command prompt decryption) however no luck :( . The folder was not synced with the cloud hence a lot of files in the folder were sitting on my local drive. Now I can't access them at all. I understand window.old folder will automatically delete after 30 days, and I have about 10 days left to get access to these otherwise all may be deleted. Any help to rescue these would be much appreciated. Note: 1- I had backed up this folder on my external hard drive, and have realised the same issue appearing on the external hd. 2- This particular folder is google drive folder, however it wasn't synced as the capacity was exceeded. I hope the issue is understandable, and I hope someone will have solution on this as I am completely exhausted trying to recover these work files.
