how can i set up my desktop to show only my store website
i have a online store with its own website and Im opening a storefront.so I bought a new desktop that will be a self serve order system for customers. Almost like a kiosk .How do I set up my desktop to only show my store website and lock all other functions such as web browsing, control panel etc.
Can't switch out of S mode- Help!
I am not a fan of S mode and need to switch out, but every time I go to the app store and try to download Switch out of S mode it says "try again later something went wrong on our end".

Can you run windows defender with MacAfee? right now I'm only running MacAfee and letting windows defender run periodically run for virus scans
Echo
Amazon is telling me I don't have security or firewall protection in order to use/connect with my Echo. Everything was fine until I canceled Amazon Prime. Now Echo/Alexa tells me "Can't connect" I spoke with DELL, and they told me the security that was pre installed on my desktop was all the security I needed and didn't need to "PURCHASE" more which is what Amazon was telling me I had to do.. After I canceled Amazon Prime, I installed just Amazon because Echo told me I had to have an Amazon acc't to use Echo. but not Prime. So now I'm faced with not being able to use Echo/Alexa ( that's what Amazon is telling me anyway ) I'm not in a position right now financially to purchase another security because of Covid, and my Windows Security seems to be doing a good job ! Can anyone help ??? Thank you, Rick

Nowadays we are in situation where we should participate in social distancing and that's leads us to relay on Social Media ,Instance Messages and other means to do remote communication. Skype is great program to communicate remotely and if both parties have a device which Skype could be installed on it, they could have a Video and Voice call communication. Skype is also good if you just want to have quick chat with someone who doesn't have Skype and you could send invitation link and they could join the chat using browser without installing Skype. In worse case, when the other party doesn't have Smart Phone, Internet Connection or there is other issue, you could purchase Skype credit and call Skype to Landline or Cellphone which is available for most places around the world.
