Hi Microsoft Community, Am I alone in thinking the integration of one drive has completely ruined the navigation pane? It is now by default a mass of shortcuts, folders and quick access links. If we use the web axiom, three clicks to get what you want, this is real failure. I know uninstall one drive and remove the navigation pane completely but I just don't understand the thinking. It is geekdom gone mad or an attempt to get you to buy online storage? What is the thinking?

unable to open word365 - my laptop shutdown while working.
I use office365 and Onedrive. This is the second time that my laptop was suddenly went-off during I working on word365 with automatic save. I was force to save to Onedrive anyway. When I switch-on, word365 cannot recover the files that I was typing. Offline version is much better. This kind of situation has never happened to me in previous offline office version, at least I still have unsave version of documents, not losing entried documents. How can I recover my work? I went to this conversation https://community.windows.com/en-us/stories/troubleshooting-microsoft-office-file-opening-problems It does not apply to my case. - recovery folder does not have any files.

If you're coming from Windows 7 and starting to use Windows 10: - Windows Explorer is now called File Explorer, and you can use File Explorer to manage files or folders. - Pressing WINDOWS LOGO + E or clicking the File Explorer icon on the taskbar now opens Quick Access. Quick Access lets you pin or unpin files or folders, and access your frequently used folders or recently opened files. - OneDrive is now part of File Explorer, and you can use it to store files in the cloud. - In File Explorer, select a file for sharing, and then click "Share" on the "Share" tab. Choose an app for sharing a file. - Libraries are no longer enabled by default in File Explorer, but you can re-enable them if you wish.
