Your PIN is securely stored on your device. If you aren't signed in to your device and you want to reset a PIN, here are some things to try. Look below the PIN text box.
To pin apps to the taskbar. Press and hold (or right-click) an app, and then select More > Pin to taskbar. If the app is already open on the desktop, press and hold (or right click) the app's taskbar button, and then select Pin to taskbar. Note: To remove a pinned app from the taskbar, open the app's Jump List, and then select Unpin from taskbar.
Pin the apps you use most often to the Start menu. Here's how: Open the Start menu, then find the app you want to pin in the list or search for it by typing the app name in the search box.. Press and hold (or right-click) the app, then select Pin to Start .. To unpin an app, select Unpin from Start.
