(KB4557957) After update key Board is not working properly
I got (KB4557957) UPDATE from windows , after this key board of my new laptop Dell Inspiorn 5593 is not working properly some keys are not responding sometimes while they give multiple inputs sometime. what I tried 1. uninstall and Reinstall drivers . 2. tried to run in safe mode and Bios 3. Tried to uninstall update (KB4557957) found in update history but not listed in removeable updates after that 3. Reset my PC with windows. (it comes with a new problem "mandatory Login Pin" ) i reset/ recover windows but still problem is there. tried external keyboard ,, please suggest on both keyboard issue and login pin issue(which can't ) be Removed Regards,

Tried to do a clean boot to help see what might be running that shouldn't be and now, I am stuck at the log in screen and will not accept my pin for a log in. What to do now?

my keyboard stopped working after a driver update,
Hi all I downloaded a driver update for my laptop keyboard from windows update, along with other updates, now my keyboard will not work at all, I can't access my laptop because I can't type the pin! Is there any way around this problem?, I tried pushing the "forgot password" link but I still can't type anything please help, thanks Ronnie

Yes when I see a notification pop up does it suppose to open the notification after I click on it? Because one day it did but not now. Example: When I get one from someone answering my ?s I hit and then I have to go to the app I have pinned on task bar like Microsoft Community just to see the comment someone left me.

Is there a way to make a shortcut for this Community's home page or my home page to this community and have it on my laptop. I would prefer to make the shortcut on my Laptop as opposed to an app on my phone. Would be nice to simply click an icon or even have the icon show messages as does the Skype icon...
