Most of the settings you'll want to change in Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1 are in PC settings. You'll find settings for screen resolution, adding and removing devices, personalizing the lock screen, changing the date and time, and adding user accounts.

Expand Compliance Settings and select the Microsoft Edge Browser Profiles node. Click the ribbon option to Create Microsoft Edge profile. Specify a Name for the policy, optionally enter a Description, and click Next. On the General Settings page, change the value to Configured for the settings to include in this policy, and click Next.
