2 contradicting messages of updating from settings
When I checked my settings the first message says "You're up to date" but the message below says "You're currently running a version of Windows that's nearing the end of service. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows10 to get the latest features and security improvements." I have no idea what's going on.

Windows Security>Reputation based protection settings
I am unable to access the settings for 'reputation based protection'. This setting is managed by your administrator, is the only constant reminder that pops up whenever I click to check those settings. Settings Home Page
I installed the 2004 update on both my laptop & desktop (the same build on both) . The settings homepage on my laptop has a banner with things like my account, one drive etc. My desktop does not. Anyone else have this situation or know what is going on with this?
