Windows update cleanup did not clear
I installed the latest cumulative update, etc., but when I went to storage under settings, it stated, 3.81GB of Windows update cleanup. I cleared it but did not gain space. Not the first time. I like to know if this is just my issue or others are having the issue as well. That way, I can easily identify the issue.

All the settings are set to allow access, and nothing's changed from when i used it the day before. I've looked at the support pages but have already tried any suggestions there. thanks, Susan

Bleeding Edge Tester
I truly enjoy running the most bleeding edge stuff released. I have always been a die hard beta tester and early release kinda nerd. Recently I noticed all my diagnostic settings, and improve inking is grayed out and states managed by admin. Have I borked something here ? How can I get back to receiving early release builds of Windows 10 ?
