Based on your information, you wanted to appear start up page without pressing Windows key. I suggest you to turn on the tablet mode and check if this helps. Go to settings and click on System. on the left, select "on Start-up" check the settings in the right panel then, in the left panel select "appearance" on the right, under "show home button" replicate the settings from On start-up. if that does not help please post a screenshot of the page you want to display.
