My computer is about 8 yrs old. Should I get a new one before getting Windows 10? Support for my current version of Windows has expired. Thank you.
watching videos here in the community shows nothing
Why is it that when I go to a topic or topics to watch videos, I see only blank screen? I can hear sounds and see the subtitles, but no images. I am using Edge.
One Of My Favorite Features In The New Edge
Hello Everyone, I Just had to Post one of my favorite features of the New Edge that I thought I'd Never use, but now find myself using it Every Day. And that feature is " Translate To English " With so many of my friends here on the boards that correspond in a different languages than myself I find this feature Very Valuable Indeed and just wanted to give the Microsoft Team a Thank-You shout out!... What are these keys used for? βββ With so many other key shortcuts, I am scratching my head, wondering....who uses them and why? I tried them all and the most useful would be F3, which is the equivalent of Control key + F or find. Can someone enlighten π‘ me?
A suggested Update To The New "News & Interest" Feature
Hello Members, I've had a chance to explore the New "News And Interest" feature for awhile now, and so far I Really Enjoy It π. However I'm just wondering if Microsoft would or could Implement a way so that once we open the feature by clicking on it we could also "Resize" the open pop up by grabbing the side of the window with our mouse. By doing so, I think we would be able to regain some valuable screen real estate by placing the little news articles boxes One on Top of the other instead of two side by side. π€ PS... Yes! I've just finished sending MS Feedback on this suggestion. I'm Just curious what you may think about this Idea?...Β―\_(γ)_/Β― π Like/Dislike?

Yes I'm helping a friend to get her computer virus free I cleared 127 on her computer with malware bytes .I also ran a scan and it found like 1 or problem's I fixed then. The other problem is when she opens a browser 3 browsers pops up and the window of the browsers is like not fully open it show her desk top I maximized it but then it just made it littler. she is running windows 7. she has a lot of things needs done she hasn't done anything in 4 years because she didn't know she need to so I'm fixing her computer. can I update her windows to windows 10? she doesn't have any virus protection so I'm trying today to get her some. I told her if she shuts her computer off nothing can run to protect her. So I'm teaching her to just put it to sleep that way updates can still run plus virus protector can run. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

I have received an e-mail from "Windows Defender Support" says they have charged me $399 for 12 month subscription. I did not order it. I did not authorize any payment from my account. Please advise

Has anyone had (or currently has) a rewards streak for more than 100 days? Or even more than 300 days and still going? When you're in a streak past 200 days, do the bonus points ever go past 150?
