Problem logging in to one particular website
I login to my AWS account daily for my organization tasks and lately I am facing a weird behaviour. When I click on the link to open the Site, it auto logs in to my account and given an error. Initially I tried different browsers and the Incognito window but still gave the same error. Usually in incognito it is supposed to ask my Office credentials to login, but it would auto login and throw an error. I reached out to my IT support and they cleared the cache, cookies, temp files prefetch (a proper computer clean up) but I still got the error. We then tried to create a new windows profile and try there, but the issue remained the same. My AWS access is perfectly fine, as when I login to my colleague`s laptop, I am able to login and see my account. Now the advise I got from IT is to reinstall the OS which i really do not want! I would really appreciate if someone could suggest a fix to it! Thank You.

user account troubleshooter

Windows 10 Version 20H2
When does it update to the 20h2? will it do it automatically? And when does the KB4571744 kick in?
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Next, under Get up and running, select Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter. When the troubleshooter is finished running, it's a good idea to restart your device. Next, check for new updates.
Critical troubleshooting will automatically fix things like corrupt settings that keep critical services from running, make adjustments to work with your hardware, or make other specific changes required for Windows to operate with the hardware, apps, and settings you’ve selected. These are changes you won’t notice.
