Create your video. To create a new video that you can edit from start to finish. Type video editor into the Search bar and select Video Editor to launch the app, or launch from the Start menu. Select New video project. Name your video. Select the photos and videos you want to add to your Storyboard. You can even use Add from web to find content ...
There are a couple of easy ways to do this: Type "Video Editor" into the start menu and select the Video Editor tile to launch the Video Projects pivot directly. Launch the Photos app and select the "Video Projects" pivot (see red arrow in image above--right below the Search bar) You can then continue to edit your projects to your heart's content!
There is no option in my task bar to start a new video project. Additionally, I called microsoft by phone and they tried to help, but were unable.
