Error 0x800f081f while updating KB4586781 windows update
I tried to install windows update KB4586781 but every time I try it reaches installing 100% then gets failed with error code 0x800f081f. its really getting me frustrated ! I tried sfc /scannow , windows update troubleshooters , wu components reset ! but nothing happend and the error remains! please help me solve this issue

IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1809, will reach end of service on November 10, 2020 for devices running Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10. IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1903 will reach end of servicing on December 8, 2020. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends that you update to the latest version of Windows 10. If you want to update to Windows 10, version 1909, you must use the Enablement Package KB4517245 (EKB). Using the EKB makes updating faster and easier and requires a single restart. Adding an warning App to Laptop or PC.
Many of us with Laptops and PCs go through issues like updates and cyber attacks, errors and corruption issues. Many of us have been away from out devices when something happened. Could Microsoft add an app to all of their window devices that could send a warning alert to a cell phone or other device to let us know that something is happening? If so, could that app be used to shut down to go into safe mode to help a PC or laptop remotely to prevent further damage?

I'm still wait & see. For those who have updated to version 20H2, please share what is the essential improvements that can increase productivity for our daily activity both at work and home? Especially from your own experience as user.
What new feature would you like most in the next Windows?
It seems lately the most we expect in terms of new features is security updates these days? I would like to see a major revamp to the U.I. and how about a good cleaning of legacy code out of Windows. Why not cut the fat out of the system a bit and have delineating feature set between legacy of 10 or more years ago and new. In other words try to make windows run faster on less resources. Add some new U.I. tweaks and eliminate redundant menus and settings. Add a new kernel and filesystem that is faster and more efficient. Harden the kernel further against attack and run more processes in sandbox. I would be pretty excited to see a new windows with those features, how about you?
Improve "Your Phone" App (Suggestion)📱
I request the Microsoft Windows developer and Windows community. Today, Microsoft Windows 10 is the world's most used operating system. And also in the Android OS mobile world. Microsoft and Samsung have made a lot of improvements in 'your phone' App . But this feature is only available for Samsung phones. Not everyone has Samsung in the market but everyone has Android. We request the user to improve 'your phone' so that the mobile does not have to touch the mobile after connecting our phone. All mobile work should be automatic sync and access all mobile apps from 'your phone' App. Mobile and laptop both are compulsory for user. Today, other Eco systems are getting more popular because they sync all devices very well. This feature will manage time to the user and you can create more productivity work in working time.
