This is a summary of the cumulative updates released on November 19th, 2020. 1. Windows 10 version 2004 and version 20H2 - KB4594440, Build 19041.631 and 19042.631. 2. Windows 10 versions 1903 and 1909 - KB4586819, Build 18362.1237 and 18363.1237. (preview version) 3. Windows 10 versions 1903 and 1909 - KB4594443, Build 18362.1199 and 18363.1199. (out of band) There are two different cumulative update versions for Windows 10 1903 & 1909 for November 19th. IMPORTANT Release notes are changing! IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1809, will reach end of service on November 10, 2020 for devices running Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions. These devices will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates that contain protection from the latest security threats. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10. IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1903 will reach end of servicing on December 8, 2020. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends that you update to the latest version of Windows 10. If you want to update to Windows 10, version 1909, you must use the Enablement Package KB4517245 (EKB). Using the EKB makes updating faster and easier and requires a single restart. updating windows problem.
There is some windows update problem. This PC was handed down from my father to me for the online studies and hadn't been used much for about 5-6 years. So, when I opened windows update to upgrade it to the newer windows 7 version, I got an error code : 80244019. I tried many tutorials from YouTube, but all in vain. and also, this PC has never been updated, which I think is the main reason for windows update to not work. Due to the online classes I need this PC for programming and with the windows never been updated, this is posing a threat to my studies. I couldn't buy a new one due to the present circumstances. So, can anyone please help me get out of this problem? It will be very kind of you.
why is Encrypt option greyed out ?
Dear Sir/Mdm, I am disappointed that the "encrypt" option is greyed out in Windows. Does this apply only to Home edition? Is a basic tool and I think Windows should make it available . Thanks and best regards, Jason

hardware change and activation
Ive had this computer for about 6 years now, i upgrade from windows 7 to 10. recently my motherboard went out. i changed it then windows would not activate. i talked to windows support and they said i would have to buy an new copy of windows 10. I want to know why I have to spend 200 dollars on windows when i have had it for 6 years already.
computer viruses not removed with windows defender products
windows 7-8-10: Windows defender does not work well as an antivirus program . I am wondering why MS doesnt tell customers to buy an antivirus program and continue to use it. i found an ISASS.exe in my computer . it took over about 30 percent of the folders. i tried to quaranine it and report it . i couldnt it attacks the security options first and greyed them out so i couldnt submit the problem. i took those computers to BEST BUY STAPLES OFFICE MAX and other private tech services. no one could actually remove the virus. i bought a new hard drvie at BEST BUY.. the computer was there for 3 days. At the store on pick up a hacker started to elongate the scroller button on the scroll bar side. i told the tech the virus was still in my system. they charged me $250 anyway.. said if there was a problem bring it back. i tried four times no one removed it !! NEVER take it out of the store if you see the same issue. I want to know why MS never helps targeted customers get those viruses out and why you dont have a more aggressive program to remove those kind of thnigs. I SASS.exe is not new but Windows defender in 7-8 10 doesnt remove any of it. we are brainwashed not to be concerned about it. thats how you end up buying three more computers cause the original one is over taken and crashed. Error 0x800f081f while updating KB4586781 windows update
I tried to install windows update KB4586781 but every time I try it reaches installing 100% then gets failed with error code 0x800f081f. its really getting me frustrated ! I tried sfc /scannow , windows update troubleshooters , wu components reset ! but nothing happend and the error remains! please help me solve this issue
Can't install any programs
I can't open any installed programs on windows 10 free edition. When I try to open them, it sends me a message saying "To continue receiving app recommendations, update now." I did update but it didn't fix it. I read many tutorials but none helped. It also says in the message that if I want to install apps outside of Microsoft store, I should read a tutorial with a link "I think" but when I click it, it opens the Microsoft store. Can anyone help me?
