How to reset windows 10 search bar setting to default?

In the search setting it is set to off(don't filter web result), but no luck not getting web result. Windows has give a great opportunity to make windows user friendly. before releasing the update we get a preview and give them a feedback. this could really help them to know better what a user wants. We can also give some advice of improving it. you can become an insider, go to settings and check out in update and security. there are three options that you can select one from it,Slow, fast and release preview.
