My Email content is not downloading automatically
It is taking 5-10 minutes for an email to download the content of an email now. It was automatic and super fast. It did not slow down over time. It just stopped downloading and taking forever overnight. I have a Samsung laptop and run Windows 10. Also have an Apple iPhone. Nothing is new. My 4 month old computer is gathering dust. So slow it is useless. Thanks for any suggestions!

Tips of the day: Becoming an expert
To draw a selection box around a group of files, click a corner of the group, and then drag the rectangle to form the box. To start a command prompt window, from which you can start programs, click Start, type "command prompt" (without the quotes), and then click Command Prompt. You can drag a file's icon into a document, or even drag a shortcut icon into a document or mail message. You can start a Windows-based program from a command prompt window. You can copy and paste text between Command Prompt and Windows 10. In the command prompt window, highlight any text you want, and then right-click to copy the text to the clipboard. Lock/Login screen - select account / set default account
On the first screen (well, after I entered my Bitlocker PIN ;-)) the account I use most is listed last in the left hand corner, and not the default account. I always have to select it using the mouse (or touch). I would like to use my keyboard (e.g. up/down arrows) to select the account I want to sign in with. Also, I would like to have the most or last used account selected by default (or have a way to configure it somewhere in the settings). The device I use is my personal laptop, it is just that I have multiple accounts on it for different purposes.

I have read hundreds (literally) of complaints on this same issue. WTF!! Pathetic and a waste of time. Maybe I need a divorce from Microsoft and go back to a Mac.
