Windows 10 update
My OS is Windows 10 Home 32bit version 1909. When I check for updates, I get the message that the Feature update 20H2 is ready to "Download and Install". When I do that, the update fails at the very end after 2 hours of downloading and installing. I get a message "Undoing changes made to your computer....." and I am back to version 1909. I am told by Microsoft Support that I should first update to Feature update 2004 and only then proceed to update to Feature update 20H2. But how can I do that when I don't get the option to update to Feature update 2004. Instead I am straight away offered Feature update 20H2 whenever I check with Windows Update. Can some one please help me? M K Loyalka

Photos on Windows 10
Usually not a problem. I lost my laptop hard drive and am using Husbands now. My question is; if my photos are saved in photos for windows10, Why can I not access all of my photos from the laptop that were also saved in all photos??
Last Windows 10 update and Office Pro 2013
Ever since the last update to Windows 10, my Outlook crashes constantly for things ranging from not communicating with Excel and Adobe Pro to something as simple as trying to switch from Contacts tab to Mail tab. I have submitted logs and the re-created issues recordings several times via Feedback Hub. I have contacted Office support 4 times, and only once I thought the issues had been resolved. Well, most were - all except this crashing thing. With and without tech support I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Office 2013 at least five times. I wanted to go back to a restore point, but discovered that I have none now! Surely I am not alone in this predicament. I am losing productivity in my office and I am losing faith in this software.

Office 365 error on windows 10
Have tried support and the tech couldn't understand the issue.... it seemed he felt it wasn't an issue or didn't understand at all. In summary. personal Microsoft ( consumer) account with an attached an o365 account several ways Workplace account Windows 10 mail Credential manager (confirmed there, not modified) Outlook 16 every time reboot or recover from sleep I have to re-authenticate through the o365 portal to go daddy site for email, onedrive, SP designer etc. Office apps don't prompt consistently but come up with odd webapp / element login prompts occasionally that use the std o365 interface. I have recreated profiles, refreshed my surface to test a fresh setup. removed and re-added all apps and workplace accounts etc. but cant seem to get SSO / pass though auth. I'm having a hard time on the forum here finding anyone with the exact same issue which troubles me. anyone have any idea what I do next? Windows 10 is the last OS by Microsoft but there is something called Windows 10x. Will Windows 10x actually replace Windows 10? I like Windows 10 but I'm curious as if Microsoft will replace Windows 10 with Windows 10x?
Windows 10, and ordinary users
Without any doubt Microsoft and Windows are the best in the world, but what as a user since 25 years says : design, features, instruction, email(outlook) and.......all components of what Microsoft produce for the people of the world are complicated and not for ordinary people like me and 90 percent of users , but for elites and people with high knowledge of computer or better to say informatic and high technology, the time and money Microsoft puts on updates and new features is massive in compare with rivals. and in my opinion it is the most weak point of Microsoft. with best regards,
