NO INTERNET CONNECTION, Windows 10 20H2 reports connected
Intermittently Windows 10 20H2 loses internet connection after the latest updates are fully installed. Browser reports not connected when Windows claims it has internet connection. The only fix is waiting 10 minutes for your network to reset with a hot reboot. Windows 10, Version 2004 update failed to install
So, I've tried installing this update two times now without success. I've ran the Update Troubleshooter & tried reinstalling...still getting "Last failed attempt on 9/28/2020 - 0xc1900101". Is there a file or files from the Microsoft Update Catalog that I can use in order to update manually??? Please help & thanks in advance 😊

Do you sync across all of your devices?
Owning a desktop, laptop, tablet and phone, my primary device is my desktop pc with 27" monitor. I have VPN and extra security in addition to Defender on the pc. Other devices are casual use, not used each day. Is it necessary to sync? Questioning because I don't have extra security on the other devices.
I have an item listed as "Potentially unwanted app found." I would like to confirm that it is not something I need; I'm suspicious given I now cannot logon with employer. How can I see the app in question?
Anyone else wish Microsoft would acquire Chocolatey?
As in https://chocolatey.org/ It would give Windows something close to a trusted package repository that rivals Linux. Let's face it, the Microsoft Store is a poor imitation of the App Store, which is a for-dummies version of a proper, centralised, extendable software package repository.
Login to Microsoft Account without entering Password
Hi Everyone, I would like to share you little trick with Microsoft Account (including the one you used to login to this website) and it is you are able to login in Microsoft Account without entering username and password. To do that you will need to do some setup on your Microsoft Account which are posted here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4463210/windows-10-sign-in-microsoft-account-windows-hello-security-key After that use Microsoft Edge and visit any website where it asked for Microsoft Account and then in menu click on "Sign in with a security key" and follow steps to login. Enjoy passwordless login
Is Zoom safe to be used on Windows 10? 😕
I am due to participate in an important virtual meeting in the next few days. The preference of people appears to vote for Zoom. Given the privacy issues and the problem with zoom-bombing, I have serious concerns. I welcome your advice. Many thanks and keep well 😊
The Windows Security app uses the Windows Security Service (SecurityHealthService or Windows Security Health Servce), which in turn utilizes the Security Center service to ensure the app provides the most up-to-date information about the protection status on the endpoint, including protection offered by third-party antivirus products, Windows ...
Microsoft Defender Antivirus Formerly known as Windows Defender, Microsoft Defender Antivirus still delivers the comprehensive, ongoing, and real-time protection you expect against software threats like viruses, malware, and spyware across email, apps, the cloud, and the web.
Open the Windows Security app by searching the start menu for Security, and then selecting Windows Security. Select the Virus & threat protection tile (or the shield icon on the left menu bar). Under the Manage settings, select Virus & threat protection settings. Under the Exclusions setting, select Add or remove exclusions.
When you get a new device and start up Windows 10 for the first time, the antivirus protection that comes installed with the device is your default security app. However, Windows Security is pre-installed and ready for you to use at any time.
