Have you ever had problems with the task bar sticking in Windows 10. More often than I like, my task bar will not hide... it remains on the screen, often blocking something I need to click. Is there a way to close a sticking task bar?
Limit the Jump List or Recent List
My recent' s list looks like my mothers monthly grocery shopping list in it's length. How can I limit this without hacking into the registry? I seem to remember a way to this in I.E/Windows 7 but I could be wrong. Thanks
In Cyberpunk Photo Director
All the sudden in Cyberlink Photo Director when I click the Print icon it won't print, it will only say; save file. Even when it is saved to file you still cant print the picture. Nothing has been changed because you can't change Cyberlink Photo Director settings. I have gone to Cyberlink site and there isnt any info about this problem. Mine is version 5 and you cant even message a question because they want to know which version I have from there drop down box and version 5 isnt listed. I uninstalled then reinstalled it yet it is still the same and I use Windows 10 that was already installed. I contacted HP which is my brand and they said since it is a third party app. They cant fix it. Anyway I just wondered if anyone has had the same problem or knew a fix. Thanks, Sidnee
Indexer Diagnost. I could love it, I don't, at least not yet
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹? If you're not familiar with the new indexer tool, it's available as a beta in store. I was very excited when Indexer Diagnostics was launched. I'm sure it will be very useful. I find the information provided in the app to be confusing. Take a look at this screenshot: (link is to my SharePoint) https://netorgft5693133-my.sharepoint.com/:i:/g/personal/loke_llh2019_no/ERCes9s_noZIv2643-KSMW4BGTJY5gPiqJd_rUMHK4qgKQ?e=klw2DK This is how I read the information: 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙨: 𝘾:\𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙨 I read: We index everything in users and subfolders 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙨: 𝙘:\𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙨/𝙡𝙤𝙠𝙚 Loke is my user. Now I read; We index everything except my user. 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙨: 𝙘:\𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙨 I asked two friends how they read it: We don't index anything from Windows. I'm an above-average user, but the information in "search root" doesn't mean much to me: https://netorgft5693133-my.sharepoint.com/:i:/g/personal/loke_llh2019_no/EQSz50lPkmBLodprerncPjAB6L4PLsqdMb7NeJGZ3BSIWw?e=M9cOFr MS survey on this page asks the question: 5. I can complete a complex computer-based task (e.g., setting up a printer or wi-fi) My personal opinion is setting up hardware or connect WI-FI is a minimum of knowledge. How can MS think users will understand how to use the Indexer tool and at the same time consider setting up a printer is complex? Is it just me? What do you guys think?

All Detected Networks Stuck on Connect Automatically
Several days ago I got a new router from Xfinity (Arris TG1782g). My brother noticed immediately on his laptop (running Win 7) that when he clicks the Internet Access icon in the Task Bar, every single detected network in the area has Connect Automatically checked. We live in a densely populated city and there are a LOT of detected networks. I noticed a few moments ago that my PC running Win 10 Pro also has very single Connect Automatically box checked. Most are secured networks but some are not. I can uncheck them all but they revert back to checked immediately. There is no option to 'forget' any of the networks listed and I can't find a setting to uncheck or remove them. I also cannot find a user manual anywhere online for the new router, nor can I find anything in the router's settings that covers my issue. I do not have this issue with my Apple and Android devices. It's only Windows.
How do I stop this page from opening a new tab?
Hi I have Win 10 and Dragon Chrome browser. All my setting are set to: DONT OPEN ANY NEW TABS WHEN I CLICK LINKS! In Win 10 - Internet settings. It is set to "Dont open a new tab/page when I click links". Every time I click on any link here, it opens in a new tab. Even Microsoft.com, in my Microsoft account, doesnt do that. I have a google Extention that prohibits any link or command to open a NEW tab. I need to right click and open link in a new window, if I dont want to go to the link in the same windows. HOW are you forcing my system to open a new tab every time I click a link here? The logs says nothing, and developer tool shows no java/JSON hidden activation. How do I turn off, so I can click links in the community, and use the same tab/window? Its getting annying to remove tabs all the time when browsing and posting here.
