The Bitlocker recovery system!
WTH is this thing! It blocks my system on start-up, and I've tried all the on-screen suggestions to get rid of it. The only thing that seems to work is restarting it twice. This is awful. I don't think it's the hardware. Pretty sure this is Microsoft's fault, especially since they won't discuss it with me via chat or over the phone. This is a huge annoyance and I just bought this computer.

Hola. Hace tiempo podía usar Outlook para PC normalmente, pero ahora cuando arranca viene con este mensaje: Algo fue mal Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde 0xcffff82e Ahora no puedo usar Outlook ni para ver los mensajes. Sólo se queda en la pantalla de "Procesando". ¿Alguien tiene idea de cómo iniciarlo en modo "seguro" o normalmente desde cmd o algo así? Gracias.

i am fed-up with trying to do screen shots of any kind or format for anybody as i allways have problems trying to get it done right and trying to get the exact page or paragraph. Every time i try and do this task it seems to me its complicated and sometimes i have to keep going back and forward and do other side tasks along the way in just trying to get the information across in the first place. And also to rub the salt in the site you are trying to get this work done tells you that your time limit has expired and you haven't done it in the right format and protocols and what ever other reasons they come up with. And With out telling you or letting you know if you have done something wrong in the first place in trying to do the screenshot done. Why cant some 1 simply come up with a more simplified way to do screen shots with out keep going back and forward and and back again and being side tracked to do other tasks. Why cant i simply explain the problem in a simplified way in a chat way or in a live chat way. And also download a quick fix solution to my problem when it comes to my software and computer problems.

How do I fix "g-mail settings out of date
I keep getting the message that my e-mail settings are out of date. How do I fix this? Everything that I click on goes in circles and never fixes problems. Do you not want us to use g-mail. This is a pain in the neck that I can never fix. Any suggestions?

Meta-data in .jpg photos
Is there a way to see the meta-data in a .jpg photo ? For example, in old photos that were scanned and created on a MAC, the "best guess" data of the date was taken and the names of the people in the photo were added via a MAC program. Any programs available to see that information ? ?
