My Bluetooth disappeared after a windows update

Windows update cleanup buggy???
hi all: I would like to confirm one thing or two. I installed an update on my device. Now, when I go to storage to free up Windows update catalog, it will free up but left with 55mb of leftover stuff. Just hours ago, the cumulative update got installed. I did the same thing, but this time, I used disk cleanup to free up Windows update catalog. Same issue, 55mb of leftover stuff. Is anyone faced with this issue or is it a bug? Can someone let the Windows team know about it and help me upvote it? https://aka.ms/AA9yi85
