When I am on a page on the internet and I click on something anywhere on the screen, my pointer returns to the top of the screen. Could anyone help me? I have a Dell mouse and I have also tried other mouse,s.

programs shutting down after deleting o other older version
I just have a lot of stuff and programs that have worked flawlessly on my PC . Its a Dell inspiron 1500... have never up graded to windows 10 as I haven't had the need. I downloaded several new files ontop of of an existing program, usually updates files into the existing software. This software is a proven working software for many of us in the Amateur Radio community. so they are proven and have no issues around the world. What I did was delete several older versions of the program and now when I try to bring up any of the newer versions , it comes up fine then tanks. The only way I can get the software to work in any way is to go back to earlier versions.. Just perplexed. I have tried with administration logging into the program ect... Just anything of Help would be appreciated. I am a Area Emergency coordinator and do tons of emergency nets, the only other option is to just reload windows and start over... In my opinion that would be the last choice HELP thanks The software is called FLDIGI and latest versions are 4.1.15 or later I can run 4,0,08.
Has anyone been having fun with Edge?
I have been using Microsoft products since DOS 1.0... Yep I'm so old that I can remember when we had to rub rocks together to get dirt to plant peanuts. Edge is unique that it has harvested all my favorites, since day one, and given me the dark side of Backup/restore. I tried my friends, and I have no enemies to ask, they all died of old age. And now Internet Explorer is being hauled off to the boneyard. Work, of course, doesn't use anything but IE... Soooo, me being the old geek and all that, they off load their problems to me. Does anybody out there in the land of people have had favorites listing so long that they could be used to fish with?

I came across this analysis written by Lifewire concerning these two giants. The paragraphs below are just two that attracted my attention. 'Microsoft has decided to discontinue EdgeHTML and other core components of Microsoft Edge. Instead, the company plans to create a new version of Microsoft Edge based on Chromium. Microsoft is going to build Microsoft Edge on the foundations of Chrome, meaning that key elements like the rendering engine will be identical. What's likely to remain different are the connected services. For example, you may still sync your bookmarks with your Microsoft account instead of a Google account, and Bing will likely be the default search engine for Microsoft Edge. A common platform will make it easier for developers to create content and apps that are consistent across the major browsers'. No sound through headphones :(
Hiya, something doesn't work on my laptop. When I connect headphones via jack - sounds goes through laptop speaker - not through headphones. I have tried a few different types. No result :(Thanks I have restarted laptop. All drivers are up to date. Any ideas how I can fix this?
Stop releasing updates that don't do anything meaningful.
No one cares about new personalization features or what colour theme you're using so stop releasing updates that have no purpose. Or at least stop making them "mandatory" or combining mandatory updates with them. If I cared about how my desktop looked, I'd buy a Mac. I own a PC because wasting system resources on cosmetic BS is stupid to me... looks like I may not be using the right operating system even still. I need the security updates for your swiss cheese operating system but I don't want to have to sit and stare at a swirling circle icon while my computer picks which colour to theme my PC to today. Talk about being out of touch with your client base.

i am so far enjoying this new updates so far more on my laptop than my cellphone not enough space on my cell to get into all the stuff i do lol but and tips, on how i can save some space on some of my sfiles on my laptop andcell the are linked n now seems as if everything is just doubled upp on me ! well and reccommendTIONS WILL BE MUCH APPERICATED !!
