How do you type accents over letters?
If you're using an English keyboard, how do you type accents (à, ç, ö, ñ) over letters¿ We have added a new way to add accents in the Windows 10 May 2019 Update but I'm curious how you added them to your text before then.

Every website is different. Here are instructions and answers on how to navigate and use the Windows Community site.
The Feedback Hub app lets you tell Microsoft about any problems you run in to while using Windows 10 and send suggestions to help us improve your Windows experience. Sending a suggestion or reporting a problem can be as easy as finding feedback similar to yours and upvoting it.
Help us make Windows better! Provide feedback about Windows and apps by sharing your suggestions or problems. If you want to be even more involved, then join the Windows Insider program and keep up with the latest alerts and announcements, rate the builds, participate in feedback Quests, and earn badges.
To access the Windows Feedback App, you can click on the “Start” button on the screen or the “Windows Logo” key on the keyboard to display the Start Menu and then click on the Windows Feedback App tile in that menu. If it is not available in the Start Menu, then search for it from the search bar shown in the Start Menu.
Together, diagnostics and feedback are how you and your Windows 10 device tell Microsoft what's really going on. As you use Windows, we collect diagnostic information, and to make sure we're listening to you, our customer, we've also built ways for you to send us feedback anytime, and at specific times, like when Windows 10 asks you a question about how something is working for you.
The Feedback Hub app in Windows 10 lets you tell Microsoft about problems you run into while using Windows 10 and send suggestions to help us improve your Windows experience. Submitting feedback can be as easy as finding feedback similar to yours and upvoting it. The steps below can help you create and submit effective feedback.
