My and I shared a Windows 10 PC. She now uses a different Windows 10 computer, but the one we shared is registered under my wife's MS account, and displays her name. She is happy for me to change the original PC to be registered to my own MS account, and become the Administrator. How do I do that, so that it displays my name? You can see the problem, as it is my wife's name and image appear with this question! I guess any notifications about this question will be sent to her email account as well, come to think of it. No matter, as I have access to her emails.
