Windows 10 - create a desktop icon? Help please 😀
When I used Windows 7 I could easily create an icon for my desktop. I do not seem to be able to do that now. Desktop icons are very helpful and speed up the connect process. My bot (computer) is an HP Combi and is currently operating in tablet mode. I have tried the process of using themes but was not successful. Any suggestions? Many thanks PS - I understand that Microsoft Edge doesn't allow desk-top shortcuts to be created. Have to revert several clicks to get to a website 🤔

Hello! In short, when I search the system drive, I get history items. How can I disable this? I disabled the history records feature in Windows 10. Windows 10 Green Screen oopsie 🤔
When I powered-up my computer this morning I received a green screen error message (as my family member advised). Message indicated 'Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info'. At this point the OS automatically did a restart and my system returned to normal. This is the first time I have encountered a green screen. As I am a curious person, I would like to know what was the conflict? Really good to know about such things. Views? Many thanks, keep well.
Windows community website needs some polishing
Sometimes the website just breaks on the home page. And other times it doesn't know that I am logged in my account.
Are there any features you wish Windows had?
One thing I saw someone had in another OS was that their file explorer equivalent had tabs. My jaw was floored.
Windows Find My Device with a different account
I have an important question about Windows Find My Device. My laptop got stolen and I was able to see the location where it is but wanted to know if that means the culprit was able to login to my account or not? The laptop was protected with a strong password so I'm very curious how they got in. The question is: if I was able to locate them, does that mean they logged in into my account? Or it could be that they wiped the computer and used a different account to get in. It's very important for me to know this information. Another question: The computer is still attached to my Microsoft account, is there harm to keep that? Or should I delete it from my account. I'm trying to see if I can locate them again.
Unable to turn on Virus & Protection in Windows 10
Hi, After infected the malware. That links created administrated protocol to turn off virus and protection. We can't turn on even if I deleted the malware. Currently clean installation is the only solution to get back the security system. Is there any other way to turn on?
