Disability & accessibility
As a disabled person I am wondering if there are any features that other disabled people find useful or helpful. Also wondering if Win 10 is better for disabled people than prior versions or is it the same old same old.

Accessibility option for people with low vision
I was looking in to the different accessibility options that windows has to offer, and I found this cool article https://community.windows.com/en-us/stories/windows-narrator where it explains how to set-up and use Windows Narrator in your computer. ❤ the Microsoft approach on accessibility. What is your favorite accessibility future or what accessibility future you would like to see in Windows?

Support options for individual Special Needs users?
OTHER THAN high level large enterprise support contracts - And other than paying some high hourly fee, or a high per call fee, regardless of problem resolution > What Microsoft support options are available for . . . 1> . . . the work needs of any single small business and/or professional user? 2> . . . the special and unique personal and work related needs of the single business and/or professional user? For the purpose of this discussion . . . 1> "SUPPORT" requires an assigned personal contact (a human). All other support tools (internet resources, documents, AI chat, forums, etc) are part of a comprehensive package, and improve service while limiting total personal cost. However, a human element is required for consistency and trust worthiness of the support. 2> The special and unique needs involve Cognitive disabilities of the otherwise functional professional worker. The challenge of cognitive disability in this context requires attention (beyond product capabilities) to product usability, learnability, special training, product structure, and adaptability to the unique special needs of the individual. Cognitive and learning disabilities most often involve overlapping issues with adult Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD,ADD-inattentive type), Depression, Trust issues, OCD, Anxiety disorder, Bipolar and/or Manic episodes. Additionally, normal difficulties that accompany age, exacerbate prior difficulties, such as prior lifelong Adult ADD and depression. 3> It is expected that a combination of tools and enforced (yet customized) structure can assist the challenged functional professional; improving quality of work and life, work / personal life balance, health (reduction of stress, reduction of anxiety and coincident issues worsened by work stress). This allows the aging challenged individual to remain productive, successful, and confident of contributions, empowering the individual to continue work successfully and staving off self-imposed "forced" retirement.
