Let's limit it to the aspects of operating system and software, not hardware. Everyone knows that upgrading memory, SSD, graphic card will certainly improve performance. What will you do (tinkering or setting) to improve Windows performance on the devices with average specs. Let's share together (your tips and tricks or advice). Thank you ! UPDATE 10 December 2020 : What is shared here is more intended for computer used to support daily activities at home or office, to utilize its potential. User having a high-spec computer designed for heavy gaming might less feel the difference. Nonetheless I think some tips will also be useful for gamers.
Change the transparency of a picture or fill color. Select the picture or object for which you want to change the transparency. Select the Format Picture or Format tab. Drag the Transparency slider (circled in green int he picture below) rightward to set the exact percentage of transparency you want. Make part of a picture transparent
In the Format Shape pane, select the Fill icon, and then select Picture or texture fill. Select File, choose a picture, and then select the Insert button. Move the Transparency slider in the Format Shape pane to adjust the picture.
You can create a transparent area in most pictures. Select the picture that you want to create transparent areas in. Click Picture Tools > Recolor > Set Transparent Color. In the picture, click the color you want to make transparent.
Right-click, and on the context menu, select Format Shape. In the Format Shape pane, set the Transparency slider to the percentage of transparency that you want. Note: You can also make individual shape attributes transparent by setting transparency in the Text and Line dialog boxes.
