My screen went blank (was blue) and went I finally got it back, I got a error message--memory management. And it said to contact windows.com/stopcode. Well they won't do anything unless you pay them. I have only had this computer for a couple of months. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions.

The audio troubleshooter might be able to fix audio problems automatically. To run the troubleshooter. In the search box on the taskbar, type audio troubleshooter, select Fix and find problems with playing sound from the results, then select Next.. Select the device you want to troubleshoot and then continue through the troubleshooter.
Open Start, enter Sound, and select Sound Control Panel from the list of results. On the Playback tab, select your audio device, and then Set Default. Turn off Audio Enhancements. Go to Start, enter Sound, and select Sound Control Panel from the list of results.
