Windows Media Player organizing
I have a nice collection of music in my library which I have taken the time to make sure the artists and albums are in order, but every time my computer gets an upgrade there are a number of entries revert to the unknown category. Then I have to sort through and reorganize them. Is there any option where I can save the changes I've made so I can avoid the constant editing?

About Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool
The Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) helps remove malicious software from computers. It is updated monthly via WU. One can run it anytime by doing the following: Win+X+R, type in MRT, hit Enter. Opt for Quick Scan ( is by default), hit Next & follow the prompts. IF, it finds & remove anything, it produces a report for you. Also, has Full scan (long time) and Custom (you select what to scan). Cheers, Drew

Windows 10 local administrative privileges
It seems as though most of my issues regarding software updates, installations, and compatibility have been centered to one thing : permissions. The ability to read, write, or modify files within a directory, or a sub directory by default, shouldn't be restricted by administrators. How about TrustedInstaller? I don't trust that either. Why is it the owner, and not the Admin, or user that's logged in? From anti cheat and anti virus to my newly created windows.old on a newly installed OS. Permissions aren't handled in a way that they should be. Even local admins have trouble changing ownership to themselves and break software functionality. This wasn't an issue in windows 7 or earlier. Stir some heat, boiz. Let's talk about this.

I think the machines are winning!
Earlier I posted about some problems with SkyDrive/OneDrive. While I was digging into that I had my Surface Go 2 open, my HP Laptop File Explorer open, and my External HD open in a separate F.E. window. The exercise was to get them looking similar. Right in the middle of all of this, my brand new Surface Go2 tablet Intel modem decides it doesn't want to play anymore. I go trough all of the trouble shooting and nothing works! I call Microsoft, and they go through the same trouble shooting things that I did. The however are trying to figure out how to send me a 300Mb file that will fix the problem. The want to go to the internet? Uh I don't have connectivity! So we settle on he's going to send me a link I'll take that to another computer, download it to a nano card stick it in the Surface Go2 and play it. Sound good! Still waiting on the email. Meanwhile back at the ranch I fired up the Go2 to look at something and D%^ if the Wi-Fi was connected again! plus, the Personal Vault was there too! WTH!... See Folks! They're Winning!

Problem logging in to one particular website
I login to my AWS account daily for my organization tasks and lately I am facing a weird behaviour. When I click on the link to open the Site, it auto logs in to my account and given an error. Initially I tried different browsers and the Incognito window but still gave the same error. Usually in incognito it is supposed to ask my Office credentials to login, but it would auto login and throw an error. I reached out to my IT support and they cleared the cache, cookies, temp files prefetch (a proper computer clean up) but I still got the error. We then tried to create a new windows profile and try there, but the issue remained the same. My AWS access is perfectly fine, as when I login to my colleague`s laptop, I am able to login and see my account. Now the advise I got from IT is to reinstall the OS which i really do not want! I would really appreciate if someone could suggest a fix to it! Thank You.

Problem Printing Word Document
l have been printing the same word document for years with no trouble. It still prints from my old laptop HP OMEN with Windows 10, to my old printer HP Envy7640. I have just tried to print the same document from a surface go 2 in Windows 10 s mode, using word to my HP Envy 7640. It won't print. Word says there is an error with my margins. quick fix is to print as PDF file then print the PDF file using my HPsmart App to my printer. Anyone know why the file won't print normally from word on the surface go 2? I know word uses the printer driver to work out margins but could this error be anything to do with s mode? Apart from that the surface go 2 is brilliant. I am using the basic model and so far it handles all my basics well. Good job Microsoft: Wish I had one of these at school in the 60's. Wouldn't it be great if every school could give one of these to everyone at school. I'm actually writing this with a pen just like I did before l left school. The more we advance the more we stay the same.
