Hi, I am a Microsoft person when it comes to computer. This is my fourth personal computer in my life time. I used windows in all of the computer. My question is why does the computer goes slow over the time, even though I have enough RAM space and memory?

I am having a problem setting my PC's time accurately in windows 10! Each time I adjust the clock it comes up with a time different to the time shown on the web site "Time Is". I never had this problem in windows 8.1!
