¿CÓMO UTILIZAR EN OTRA PC UNA LICENCIA W10 PRO WORKSTATION
Tengo una licencia oficial adquirida en enero del 2018 de W10 Profesional Workstation, he cambiado el PC y la desinstalé del viejo y quería implantarla en mi portatil que tiene de fábrica la versión W10 Home pero no he conseguido instalarla. He perdido mucho tiempo con este tema y lo he dejado a un lado. Hoy quiero retomarlo. ¿Podeis ayudarme?
ISP Problem of Windows Update?
"website (www.microsoft.com) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts." This is the error detected by the troubleshooter. I cannot update my windows 10 whenever I connect to a certain WiFi network or ISP. I've tried ipconfig /renew and /release but it still doesn't work, and other recommendation here in this community but none of those work. Meanwhile I just updated my windows using my data connection. It is clear to me that the problem is not on my machine but it's either on my router or ISP. Do you have any recommendation aside from calling the ISP?
update problem
Everytime i enter windows update i cant see nothing in Windows Update tab, only "Something went wrong. Try to reopen settings later" . 15 days have went by of me trying to fix this, but nothing is working... The troubleshoot shows nothing wrong...

Andre suggested take out battery I do not have a battery to take out. I cannot do any prompt commands so I'm thinking of unplugging the power and wait til battery dies is that ok? what is your suggestion?
Bottom line cut off and white flickering line at top
This just recently started. Anybody know if it is related to an update. If my task bar is at the bottom, I can only see the top of the icons. There is a pulsing white line across the very top of the display screen. Got any ideas?

I have minor's account in my laptop , I am also an insider but when I try to get Insider build I stuck on restart window I want to know is Windows Insider Program allow to Minor's account or not ???
Installing Windows updates
When installing Windows updates available on my new computer (Windows 10/HP laptop), I get an error message: "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later". Error codes that accompany this message are 0x8007003, KB890830 and KB4561600. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm in the process now of going back in to see if Windows went ahead and re-tried to install the updates. TIA!
Latest update "broke" my Surface Pro 3
After installing the latest update my Surface Pro 3 went haywire. Windows for any/all apps were resizing and or closing themselves spontaneously. The caret/cursor was flying all over the place. Apps that had settings e.g. a metronome app, would reset all on its own. Thankfully, I was able to revert back to the previous build. So, WTF?
I keep getting a pop up "load Windows 10 Repair Tool".
Is that from Microsoft?
