resolving Outlook 2007 password issue with windows 10
recently upgraded my desktop from windows 7 to windows 10. Elected to keep office 2007 with Gmail as my primary email. Intermittently experiencing an password information message window in Outlook 2007 when I select the Outlook 2007 App and/or select the send/receive function within the App. Message is "Enter network password", "type your user name and password". I have verified that the password is the same for both Gmail and Outlook 2007, rebooted the system, but still get the same message when selecting "send/receive". This request window doesn't always display upon initiation of Outlook 2007, but does eventually pop up sometime during the Outlook session. When this pop-up message box appears it requires that I select the close X and/or cancel tab several times before the pop-up box goes away and allows me to continue with the Outlook session. Both Windows 10 and Outlook 2007 have been reloaded, yet I still continue to experience this issue. Any thoughts???? r3jr

BUEN DIA: Necesito copiar y/o mover carpetas alojadas en una cuenta anterior de correo a una carpeta actual de DOCUMENTOS para tener la información disponible contenida en esas carpetas. Me ayudaron en "SOPORTE" para usar la nube, sin embargo pude apreciar que esa antigua cuenta de correo aparentemente tiene "malware" y quiero que no afecte mi SO actual. Por lo anteriormente comentado y con el objeto de aislar esa antigua cuenta de correo del SO, se me ocurrió bajar una app diferente a mail y/o correo solamente para bajar y tener disponible esa información que necesito en la Pc y una vez realizado quitar esa APP: entonces la pregunta sería: ¿ES POSIBLE HACER LO ANTERIOR? o hay otra manera de aislar esa cuenta antigua y realizar las acciones comentadas--- GRACIAS

There are report/s, blog/s, question/s regarding the April Patch "B" Update, KB5001330. Some configurations of Windows 10 are encountering some (serious) problem/s, bug/s, or error/s such as & its "possible" causes... ⚡ 0x800f081f - Problem occurs during the update process in Windows 10 because one important update file is missing or Microsoft.NET Framework incompatibilities. ⚡0x800f0984 - Discrepancies within the Windows Update components. Missing or corrupt OS files. Software conflicts caused by a running or installed program or system corruption due to virus infection. ⚡ 0x800f0922 - System Reserved Partition (SRP) is full, a small partition on your hard drive that stores boot information or Windows cannot reach the Microsoft update servers due to a VPN connection. ⚡ Some underlying problem/s or bug/s such as temporary user profile, game crashes, graphical stuttering and huge drops in frame rates. They should check March "C" Optional Update(KB5000842) mentioned issue/s being address such HDR, Rendering & LogOn/LogOff events issue. Has anyone been having fun with Edge?
I have been using Microsoft products since DOS 1.0... Yep I'm so old that I can remember when we had to rub rocks together to get dirt to plant peanuts. Edge is unique that it has harvested all my favorites, since day one, and given me the dark side of Backup/restore. I tried my friends, and I have no enemies to ask, they all died of old age. And now Internet Explorer is being hauled off to the boneyard. Work, of course, doesn't use anything but IE... Soooo, me being the old geek and all that, they off load their problems to me. Does anybody out there in the land of people have had favorites listing so long that they could be used to fish with?

I have tried the registry entry fixes that I have found and none of them work. It resets all the default apps - browser, photos, music etc. The system is up to date on Cumulative Updates on both Windows and .NET.
