The Search in taskbar of computer suddenly becomes unusable.
[Emergencies] The Search feature in the taskbar at the bottom of my computer suddenly becomes unusable. Hi, I'm a Microsoft Independent Community Advisor, responsible for technical support for Windows in Microsoft Community in China. Today, we received reports from dozens of users about the "search function in the taskbar is not working properly" issue. Users reported that it would not pop up any search results when they entered anything in the search box. We don't know if this issue only occurs in China, but we have submitted feedback through the FeedBack Hub app. I sincerely wish Microsoft this issue as soon as possible and thank you all the Microsoft engineers for their efforts! Can't update from 1909.
I installed an older version of Windows 10 because the newer pendrive wasn't working. I started installing updates and i updated to 1909. after that a lot of upates installed and there is no more. Windows Update can't find any updates and i know 1909 is not the newest Windows.
OneDrive - Delete and Restore issue
Hi, I recently selected "free up space" in OneDrive folder in my device after I sync the files to Cloud OneDrive. I then received a message from OneDrive notifying me that I have recently deleted x number of files from Device OneDrive and ask if I want to delete the files from Cloud OneDrive. The only option given to me is either to Delete or Restore files. I am puzzled as I have already sync a copy to Cloud OneDrive. Does by selecting Restore create duplicate copy in Cloud OneDrive? Does Cloud OneDrive replaces files of the same name automatically? Can I not take any action? If I don't, the message keeps appearing. Can someone please advise? Thank you
Edge on Linux
No one asked Microsoft to port its Edge browser to Linux. Indeed, very few people asked for Edge on Windows. But, here it is. So, how good -- or not -- is it? First, you should know that the experts always knew Edge would run on Linux. Today's Microsoft Edge isn't the one that first shipped. This model, which went into beta on Windows last year, is built on the open-source Chromium codebase. Besides being the foundation for Google Chrome, Chromium is the bedrock that almost all web browsers, with the exception of Firefox, are built on these days. So, bringing Edge over to Linux isn't anything as difficult as, say, bringing on-premise Microsoft Office to Linux. Now, the first beta of Edge on Linux is here. The new release comes ready to run on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, and openSUSE Linux distributions. It should run on any Linux using DEB or RPM packaging. Microsoft is planning to release weekly builds, just as it does with the Dev Channel builds for other platforms. To get started, users can download and install a .deb or .rpm package directly from the Edge Insider site. This also configures a system to get future automatic updates. If you don't trust Microsoft that much, you can also install Edge via Microsoft's Linux Software Repository for Microsoft Products. Changed my default picture folder name somehow
I somehow changed my default picture folder name that I also don't know how and now it shows (/D) only. And I am not able to rename it now. I don't know much about operating computer and learning to use it. So please somebody help me in this issue. My C drive shows 47 GB free out of 97, D Drive 437 GB free out of 450 GB and E Drive 445 GB out of 450 GB. So you see not having much files but stil my laptop runs very slow and takes a lot of time to start and reboot almost 10 min for each one. And runs super slow. Please guide me in these matters. I shall be very thankful for any help provided on here.

Hello, so I'm having issues on Windows 10
Can someone please help me, Windows 10: Store and Metro apps won't open, they just crash. Windows Defender won't turn on Windows Update keeps crashing my computer in the process of updating, when the system is offline Does anyone have solutions. Normally a computer person I am, are supposed to know how to fix stuff like this but can't because nothing helps. I really don't wanna install windows and start over.
